SNAP’s Quality Management System (QMS) is now certified to ISO/IEC 9001:2015.


SNAP Inc. is pleased to announce that it has elevated its corporate QMS program with an ISO/IEC 9001:2015 certification. This certification builds on SNAP’s sustained quality performance outlined with our initial ISO/IEC 9001:2008 in 2009 and affirms our corporate objective to remain singularly focused on meeting and exceeding client expectations. SNAP Inc.’s approach, methodology and processes are designed with a “customer first” perspective, ensuring that we become a strategic partner with our customer by driving quality, metrics and customer satisfaction into every product and service we deliver. SNAP Donates to the Toys for Tots Program

SNAP HR Manager at Toys for Tots SNAP aided in the mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program by collecting new, unwrapped toys during November and December to distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.

Toys for Tots was created in 1947 by the USMCR to provide toys for underprivileged children at Christmas. News spread quickly spread across the country. By the next year, it was a nationwide program. Each year the program has grown exponentially. In 2014 Toys for Tots saw its best year ever with $284 million dollars in toys and donations.

SNAP PFMC RL Jessica Naccarato meets POTUS SNAP PFMC RL Jessica Naccarato had the opportunity to meet the President of the United States, Barack Obama. Jessica stated "It was an amazing experience. I was assigned the seat right behind him. There were over 2200 people who tried to attend this event and only 80 were selected."

When asked what she did on base, Jessica replied "I am a spouse, volunteer, and I teach personal finance to the AIT soldiers." Obama's response, "I think that is one of the most critical lessons they must learn. Thank you for helping our newest soldiers be ready for the real world financially." Jessica told SNAP "It was truly an honor to be surrounded by so many heroes and amazing people."

SNAP moves to the next level, attains ISO 20000-1:2011 and ISO 27001:2013 Certification

SNAP has joined the highly exclusive group of select companies which are appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for both Development and Services and also certified to ISO/IEC 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

ISO/IEC 27001 is an internationally recognized information security management standard. It requires systematic examination of risks to an organization's information, taking account of the threats, vulnerabilities, and impacts. The standard providing a holistic, risk-based approach to securing and protecting information.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011
ISO/IEC 20000 is the first formal international standard specifically aimed at Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) that allows organizations to demonstrate excellence through proven best practices in IT Service Management. It allows IT service providers to conform to a Service Management System (SMS) by requiring continuous improvement in the delivery of IT services. It aligns to the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice framework.

SNAP awarded the Automation Management Support Services (AMSS) contract

SNAP was recently awarded the Automation Management Support Services (AMSS) contract at the Fires Center of Excellence at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, under its FCoE Training OMNIBUS Contract. The new work requires that SNAP personnel will provide sustainment of current and emerging Information Technology support assets, equipment, and tools (including VTC). SNAP is responsible for the daily operations of all Enterprise Classroom Program (ECP) facilities. This includes the daily preventive maintenance of classroom equipment and performing upgrades required to both instructor and student computers. Specific tasks include: information assurance, help desk support, hardware/software fixes and upgrades, user access, SharePoint administration, data management and backup, and audio/visual support.

SNAP awarded the Census Bureau ESF SE&I – Projects Tier Contract

SNAP was recently awarded the Enterprise Solutions Framework, Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) – Project Tier multiple award contract at the U.S. Census Bureau. The contract has a performance period through September 2022. The objective of this contract is for the Census Bureau to receive project tier support in fifteen (15) technology task areas. The task areas include: application technology, collaboration and electronic workspace, data management, networking, telecommunications, security domain, service management, application development, big data, modeling and simulation, cloud computing, mobile application development, user experience design, data access and visualization, and business process engineering.

SNAP awarded contract with the U.S. Army War College, International Fellows Program

SNAP was recently awarded a contract with the U.S. Army War College, International Fellows Program to provide a portion of the program’s Academic Prep Course instruction. The objective of this important contract is to instruct International Officers/Fellows in the English and writing skills required to successfully complete the academic requirements for the USAWC resident program. SNAP is very honored to continue our work with the USAWC.

SNAP Instructor selected as Instructor of the Cycle

One of SNAP’s instructors was recently selected by the Army Fires Center of Excellence 14T Proponent as “Instructor of the Cycle.” This professional accolade was given to SNAP’s Instructor for his ability to engage students attending the Launching Station Enhanced Operator/Maintainer Course in a meaningful way with a focus on training objectives and outcomes. He was recognized for his tactical and technical knowledge/subject matter expertise, instructional competence, feedback from peers, leadership, and students, and apparent dedication to the training and students, among other attributes. “We are very proud of our team at Fort Sill collectively and of Instructor C’s commitment and accomplishment on this very important task,” commented SNAP’s President, Navneet Gupta.
