SNAP is a prime contractor for the Army’s Installation Management Command (IMCOM) (in support of the Secretary of Defense) MAS-12-R-0004, HRRS contract. We provide expertise in the area of instructional support for the Personal Financial Management Course Program. The current contract term is one three-year base period which began upon award in September 2012. SNAP’s contract Number is: W91WAW-10-D-0029-2E01, contract value at $2,526,892.

Contract Scope

HR Solutions requires delivery and management of a comprehensive 8-hour Personal Financial Management (PFM) training program in support of Army requirements at Advanced Individual Training schools throughout the Unites States. We provide staffing management and administrative support resources that are highly knowledgeable in the disciplines related to HR and Army and government regulations, processes, procedures, organization and history. The Army’s primary goal of the PFM training program is to demonstrate strong support for improving the Soldiers’ quality of life and provide them, and their families, with the necessary tools to better manage their fiscal resources.

Our team of instructors (74) provides Soldiers with PFMC training at 16 Army installations across the United States on a weekly basis.
